Salary
We are committed to ensuring our employees receive fair pay. We review our salaries regularly and benchmark against our sector. Our pay is performance related giving all employees the opportunity to progress through their pay bands inline with the performance management cycle where they demonstrate the right skills and behaviours to thrive in their roles.
Holiday Entitlement
All full-time employees are entitled to 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays. This allowance is pro-rated for part-time employees
Pension
We provide all our staff with an approved workplace pension scheme with an employer contribution of 6%. The minimum contribution requested from employees to be part of the scheme is 2%.

Hours of work and flexible working
The standard working week at Youth Fed is 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday. Depending on the nature of the role, sometimes evening and weekend work is required. We are committed to empowering people to work flexibly, allowing people to structure their work around their personal commitments and based around business needs. We will consider all flexible working requests positively.
Learning and development
Youth Fed is committed to developing and enhancing people across the organisation. We offer several training routes and ways of accessing these opportunities. Some of these courses are accredited or contribute towards a specific accreditation. Financial support and/or study leave may be offered to individuals who are studying for professional qualifications.
