Nathan’s Story
Nathan initially signed up to New Leaf which offers 1-2-1 mentoring to help get young people into work or education.
Nathan has cerebral palsy and his home life is far from perfect. He was just at the end of college and didn’t know what to do next. He signed up to NCS, where he thrived and made a number of new friends.
After completing the course, Nathan has gone back to college to do an art course. He was set up with a bank account to give him financial independence and is now currently working with a social worker to find a flat. Nathan’s career goal is to work in reception where he will have the chance to regularly interact with other people.
