Who’s it for
Young People aged 16-24 living in the Liverpool City Region who have been out of work, training or education for 12 months
What is it?
Talent Match is an exciting, creative and innovative programme that will develop real skills and open up opportunities for young people.
Through a range of creative and innovative activities, this programme will enable young people to build confidence, motivation, discovering their skills, employment opportunities and or further training to improve life chances, helping to create a future.
A dedicated Intensive Mentor will guide you on your journey, by developing a personalised pathway programme with you and providing one-to-one support. You will be challenged, motivated and inspired; you will grow and build your existing skills, knowledge and interests. The mentor will also provide support with ID and birth certificates.
Many of the young people we work with will have a wide range of issues and needs, and we work with each person individually and intensively, for as long as we need to, to guide you on your personalised pathway to education, employment and into a positive destination.

As well as providing opportunities to gain qualifications and new work experiences we also have links to real employers, we will also provide pre-employment and post-employment support, as this is a vital element in enabling you to remain in the workplace and continue to identify career progressions.
ADDVANCED SOLUTIONS – COMMUNICATION SUPPORT COUNSELLING
ADDvanced Solutions encourages, equips and empowers, young people with learning difficulties and associated mental health needs. They offer learning, coaching and mentoring programmes to better recognise, understand and meet individual needs, enabling you to manage the day to day challenges.
YPAS COUNSELLING
YPAS provides mental health and emotional wellbeing services for children, young people and families – it is a charity that supports children, young people and families with their mental health and emotional well-being difficulties.
EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT COACH
An employability coach will help with job search, CVs, interview preparation and practise, employer engagement. We can also help with travel costs, interview clothes, PPE and other barriers you may be experiencing.
