Talent Match

Who's it for

Young people aged 15-29 in Wirral, Halton and St Helens who have been out of work, training or education for 12 months.

What is it?

Talent Match is an exciting, creative and innovative programme that will develop real skills and open up opportunities for young people.

This programme will enable young people to build confidence and motivation as well as providing access to training and employment opportunities.

Young people will be supported one-to-one by an Intensive Mentor following a four step SELF structure (Skills, Employment, Life, Future). They will help young people to work on the barriers to confidence and self-esteem, as well as helping to build skills for the world of work. The mentor will also provide support with ID and birth certificates.

ADDVANCED SOLUTIONS – COMMUNICATION SUPPORT YPAS COUNSELLING

ADDvanced Solutions encourages, equips and empowers, young people with learning difficulties and associated mental health needs. They offer learning, coaching and mentoring programmes to better recognise, understand and meet individual needs, enabling you to manage the day to day challenges.

YPAS COUNSELLING

YPAS provides mental health and emotional wellbeing services for children, young people and families –  is a charity that supports children, young people and families to address their mental health and emotional well-being difficulties.

ELEVATE EMPLOYABILTY

An employability coach will help with job search, CVs, interview preparation and practise, employer engagement.  We can also help with travel costs, interview clothes, PPE and other barriers you may be experiencing.
